Resetting a Password for Staff
To reset a Staff’s password:
- In the
Portal, click the “Forgot Password” link on the Sign-in screen.
- In the
Forgot Password dialog, enter your email address into the field, then click Submit. You
will be sent a link and a temporary password to your email.
- Copy the
temporary password.
- Click the
link in the email.
- This
brings you back to the Portal, your Email Address should display. Paste the
temporary password into the Password field. Click Sign-In. The
Mandatory Password Change dialog opens.
- Paste the
temporary password into the Current Password field.
- Enter a
new password, and confirm the password again. The password
must contain an uppercase, lowercase, a number, a special character and be at
least 10-characters long.
- Click Submit. You
should see a message, “Password Successfully Changed”.
