Inviting a Staff Member

To add a Staff member to access the Smart Package Room, you can send them an Invite and have them enter their information (Email, phone, etc.). 

  1. From the Portal, click the Menu button on the left and choose User Admin, then Staff
  2. Click the Invite Staff (envelope) button.
  3. From the Invite Staff dialog, enter the Email Address of the Staff member you wish to add, then click Send Invite. Click Yes to confirm.
    An Email is sent to the Staff member. Once they accept the invitation and create their account, they will be added to the Staff page and granted Staff privileges.
