Deactivating a Staff Account

To remove a Staff account, follow these instructions.

  1. From the Portal, click the Menu button on the left and choose User Admin, then Staff.
  2. From the Staff page, click the Arrow to select the Staff member you want to deactivate. 
  3. From the Staff Detail page, click the Deactivate (x) button on the Staff Detail page.
  4. In the Deactivate Account dialog, click Yes
    The Staff member is deactivated including their Access Keys (PIN and QR Code). A “Staff Is Not Active” message displays at the top of the Staff Detail page.
