Staff Forgot Password

If a Staff member forgets their password to log into the Portal, they can reset their password to receive a new one:
  1. In the Portal, click the “Forgot Passwordlink on the Sign-in screen.
  2. In the Forgot Password dialog, enter your email address into the field, then click Submit.  You will be sent a link and a temporary password to your email.
  3. Copy the temporary password.
  4. Click the link in the email.
  5. This brings you back to the Portal, your Email Address should display.  Paste the temporary password into the Password field. Click Sign-In. The Mandatory Password Change dialog opens.
  6. Paste the temporary password into the Current Password field.
  7. Enter a new password, and confirm the password again.  The password must contain an uppercase, lowercase, a number, a special character and be at least 10-characters long.
  8. Click Submit. You should see a message, “Password Successfully Changed”.
