If a Signature is Required

This is an option. Contact Support if you want a custom note added to the system, for example: perishable, signature required, delivered to door.

If the package requires the recipient to sign for their package, you can indicate this in the Add Notes section. The recipient’s notification will indicate they have a package to pick up which requires a signature. Upon pickup, when checking out the package, the system will ask for a signature. Simply use a finger (or a stylus pen) to sign. Depending on your workflow, the signature could be signed by Staff.

1. After capturing the package label and assigning the recipient, tap ADD NOTES.
   
2. Tap Signature Required. This will notify the recipient that they will be required to sign for their package when they pick it up.
