Checking Out a Package with a Signature
If the package requests a signature upon pickup,
depending on your workflow, the recipient or Staff will simply sign the screen
when a package is picked up and checked-out.
- When a
recipient arrives to pick up their package, from the Inventory screen, locate
the package.
- Swipe
right (to check-out). If
a signature is required, the signature screen appears.
- Sign your name on the screen and tap CONFIRM. The package displays as CheckedOut.
Note: If the recipient does not
sign, an additional message will open asking them to sign.
