If the Package is Perishable

This is an option. Contact Support if you want a custom note added or removed from the system, for example: perishable, signature required, delivered to door.

If the package is food, flowers, or something that should be picked up immediately, you can indicate this in the check-in process. The recipient’s notification will indicate they have a perishable item to pick up.

  1. After capturing the package label and assigning the recipient, tap ADD NOTES.
  2. Tap Perishable.
  3. Then tap ApplyThis will notify the recipient that they have a perishable delivery and may want to pick up their package as soon as possible.
