If the Package is Perishable
This is an option. Contact Support if you want a
custom note added or removed from the system, for example: perishable,
signature required, delivered to door.
If the package is food, flowers, or something that should be picked up
immediately, you can indicate this in the check-in process. The recipient’s
notification will indicate they have a perishable item to pick up.
- After
capturing the package label and assigning the recipient, tap ADD NOTES.
- Tap
Perishable.
- Then
tap Apply. This
will notify the recipient that they have a perishable delivery and may want to pick up their package
as soon as possible.
