Filtering Your Inventory - Using Filter View

Filter View allows you to filter by Date or a range of dates, Package Status (checked-in or checked-out), and Package Status (perishable, signature, etc.) in descending or ascending order.
  1. Tap the Filter View button. The Filter view window displays.
  2. Tap Descending or Ascending to sort by the most recent package (descending) or oldest package (ascending) first.
  3. For Delivery Date, tap the left side date and choose the beginning date from the calendar, then tap the right side date to choose the end date (to and from). If only choosing one day, use the same date for “to and from”. Turn off “Show last 7-days only” on the Inventory page (should be white).
  4. If you want to filter by package status: tap Checked-In, Checked-Out, or both.
  5.  If you want to filter by Package Notes: tap the Package Notes you want to search for (Signature Required, Perishable, etc.). Select all that apply.
  6. Tap SAVE to apply the filter options. ​The Inventory list updates based on your filtered criteria.
