Troubleshooting – Sign In Errors
Sign In Errors
When signing in, an
error message could display when:
- Email and password fields
are empty or incorrect.
- Wi-Fi connection is
incorrect.
- Wi-Fi internet connection
is not working.
Resolution
- In
the “Email and password” dialog box, tap OK to close the error dialog.
- Enter a valid Email address and password.
OR
- In
the “Sign-in” dialog box, tap OK to close the error dialog.
- Tap Sign-in button.
If problem persists, contact Position Imaging
Support indicating the
error code provided by the app.
