It is required you create an account in the Portal. This is done only once as part of the setup process.

1. Check your email for an “Invitation from Package Valet”.
   
2. Click the View Invitation button or link.
   You will be directed to the Register page in the Portal.
3.  Confirm the email address is correct.
   
4. Enter a Password and Confirm Password, then click the Register button.
   The password must contain an uppercase, lowercase, a number, a special character and be at least 10-characters long.
5. Next, enter the Email and Password that was just used during registration to sign in to the Portal. Click Secure Sign-In.
   The Email address and Password you used to Register and Sign In to the Portal will also be used to sign into the Package Valet app.
