Assisting a Recipient with a Pickup - Using the MobileKiosk

If Staff needs to pick up an item for a recipient because they don’t have their Notification PIN or they are out of town, you can pickup a package using the MobileKiosk (inside the room).
  1. At the kiosk, enter your assigned Access PIN or use a Key Card.
  2. Touch Pickup.
  3. Enter the room.
  4. Pick up the MobileKiosk. You can also leave the MobileKiosk in the charger.
  5. View the list of packages in the room, or enter the name or unit number of the recipient in the “Filter by name or unit” area.
  6. Touch the recipient’s name when you locate it.
  7. Optional: You can view the Room Map or Show Images of the package (see the User’s Guide for detailed information).
  8. Pick up the recipient’s package.
  9. Place the MobileKisok in the charger.
