Assisting a Recipient with a Pickup - Using the MobileKiosk
If Staff needs to pick up an item for a recipient because they don’t have their Notification PIN or they are out of town, you can pickup a package using the MobileKiosk (inside the room).
- At the
kiosk, enter your assigned Access PIN or use a Key Card.
- Touch Pickup.
- Enter the room.
- Pick up the MobileKiosk. You can also
leave the MobileKiosk in the charger.
- View the list of packages in the room, or enter the name or unit number of the recipient in the
“Filter by name or unit” area.
- Touch the recipient’s name when you locate it.
- Optional: You can view the Room Map or Show Images of the
package (see the User’s Guide for detailed information).
- Pick up the recipient’s package.
- Place the MobileKisok in the charger.
