Managing Recipient's Accounts

Managing Recipient's Accounts

Your Residential Data Management program (Yardi, OneSite (Realpage), Entrata, Salesforce, etc.) imports Recipient's (Resident’s) data into the Portal system daily.

It is strongly recommended that you let your Residential Data Management program update your Recipients. However, you may need to add roommates or children to a Recipient’s account, or you may need to manually update an existing Recipient associated with your complex/company that will be using the Smart Package Room. In addition, there are options that may be helpful to turn on and off, including ADA Required, Opt-Out, and Address Verification.
