Assisting a Recipient with a Pickup

If Staff needs to pick up an item for a recipient because they don’t have their Notification PIN or they are out of town, you can:
  1. Enter your PIN or scan your Key Card.
  2. Touch Pickup from the Main Menu screen.  
  3. Choose from the list of names or use the keyboard, enter the nameaddress, or unit number of the recipient. 
  4. Touch the recipient’s name when you locate it. 
  5. Enter the room, and pick up their item. If there is no item, the Kiosk will say that there are no items for this recipient.
    1. If the item is located in the Flat or Oversized area, pick up the item then touch Confirm Delivery to confirm the pickup.
  6. Exit the room with the item(s) and close the door.
