Assisting a Recipient with a Pickup - Using the Kiosk
- Enter your PIN or scan your Key Card.
- Touch Pickup from the Main Menu screen.
- Choose from the list of names or use the keyboard, enter the name, address, or unit number of the recipient.
- Touch the recipient’s name when you locate it.
- Enter the room, and pick up their item. If there is no item, the Kiosk will say that there are no items for this recipient.
- If the item is located in the
Flat or Oversized area, pick up the item then touch Confirm Delivery to confirm the pickup.
- Exit the room with the item(s) and close the door.
