Assisting a Recipient with a Pickup
- At the Kiosk, enter your PIN or scan your Key Card.
- Touch Pickup from the Main Menu screen.
The Select Recipient screen opens.
- Choose from the list or use the keyboard, enter the name, address, or unit number of the recipient.
The system auto-populates with the filtered criteria.
- Touch the recipient’s name when you locate it.
If the item is in the Room, the Kiosk should display the Room and location of their item. If your property has multiple Smart Package Rooms, and the items are located in other Rooms, the screen will display this information next to the recipient’s name.
- Enter the room, and pick up their item. If there is no item, the Kiosk will say that there are no items for this recipient.
- If the item is located on a
shelf, pick up the item and move away from the shelf to allow the system to register
the pickup.
- If the item is located in the
Flat or Oversized area, pick up the item then touch Confirm on the
screen to confirm the pickup.
- Exit the room with the item(s) and close the door.
