Searching for a Recipient

Searching for a Recipient

If the package label is captured correctly, however no recipient is immediately found, you can search for a name or unit number.

  1. After capturing the package label and attempting to assign the recipient, tap MANUAL SEARCH or tap in the Search bar.
  2. Enter the recipient’s name or unit number in the Search barThe screen will start to auto-populate with possible selections.
  3. Tap the recipient’s name when found.
Note: If a checked-in package label is rescanned, you will not need to assign a recipient, the screen will display the package as delivered, since it was already in the system. However, if you need to select a different recipient to the package, tap the Back arrow to navigate back and select a different recipient.
