Searching for a Recipient
If the package label is
captured correctly, however no recipient is immediately found, you can search
for a name or unit number.
- After
capturing the package label and attempting to assign the recipient, tap MANUAL
SEARCH or tap in the Search bar.
- Enter the recipient’s name or
unit number in the Search bar. The screen will start to
auto-populate with possible selections.
- Tap the recipient’s name when found.
Note: If a checked-in package label is rescanned, you will not need to
assign a recipient, the screen will display the package as delivered, since it
was already in the system. However,
if you need to select a different recipient to the package, tap the Back
arrow to navigate back and select a different recipient.
