Picking Up an Envelope or an Oversized Package
If a recipient’s package is oversized or an
envelope, the package will be placed in a designated area.
- Scan the QR code or enter the 6-digit PIN they received from the
Email notification.
- Enter the room and listen to the audio instructions.
- Pick
up their package from the Oversized or Envelope area.
For envelopes: Designated Envelope Bins can be set up alphabetically by last name or by Unit #.
For oversized packages: An area should be designated for extra-large packages, most times this is another area of the room.
- IMPORTANT: Touch Confirm Pickup on the kiosk.
This notifies the system that the package has actually been
picked up. If a recipient does not touch Confirm Pickup, the package is still
identified as “in the room.”
- Exit the room and close the door.
