Picking up a Package

1. At the kiosk, recipient should scan their QR Code or enter the 6-digit PIN they received from the Email/Text notification.
2. Enter the room and head towards the shelf indicated on the Room Map.
   
1. A red laser points with a circular motion on the package.
   
2. Listen to the audio instructions. 
   
3. Pick up their package and move away from the shelf.
   
1. The system informs them if there are additional packages to pick up by announcing through audio and pointing to the next package. 
   
2. If the package is located in the Flat or Oversized area, pick up the package and touch Confirm Pickup on the screen.
4. Exit the room and close the door.
   

Note: Recipients should NOT move packages around trying to find their package. If they can’t find their package, they should reach out to onsite Staff for assistance.
