No Tracking Number or Tracking Number Cannot be Captured

If the package does not have a valid tracking number or the label is damaged and cannot be captured, you can assign the package manually.

  1. When capturing a label, tap ASSIGN MANUALLY.
  2. Enter the recipient’s name or Unit Number. The screen will start to auto-populate with possible selections. Tap the recipient’s name when found.
