Manually Entering a Tracking Number - with the MobileKiosk

NotesNote: This feature is only available with a MobileKiosk™ and turned on by the request of the site.

If a tracking number can’t be captured (label is damaged, etc.) or the package does not have a valid tracking number, you can manually enter the tracking number.

  1. At the kiosk, enter your assigned Access PIN or use a Key Card.
  2. Enter the room.
  3. Pick up the MobileKiosk.
  4. Tap Assign Manually.
  5. Enter at least the last 6 characters of the tracking number. Or tap/select from the list.
  6. Tap Accept.
  7. Select the recipient
  8. Select the Package Type: Standard, Flat/Envelope, Oversized, etc.
  9. Place the package on any shelf in the room, or in a designated area if not a standard package.
  10. Continue to deliver additional packages.
