Manually Adding a Recipient

If you need to manually add a Recipient to your database (to use the Smart Package Room):

  1. From the Portal, click the Menu button on the left and choose Recipients.
  2. From the Recipients page, click the Add Recipients (+) button. 
  3. From the Create Recipient page, fill in the form. When finished, click the Create Recipient (checkmark) button. This adds a new Recipient.
