Getting Help on the PC

You can download and view user guides, helpful articles including troubleshoot tips, and log a Support ticket from a PC.

  1. Go to the Portal link: https://app.smartpackageroom.com/dashboard
  2. Click the “?” (Help Center) in the lower-right of the SPR Portal.
  3. Then in the Knowledge Base, click Package Valet.
  4. Click Reference Documents to download user guides or click Articles to view helpful steps and information.
  5. Need more help? At the bottom of the screen, click Tickets to open a Case Information form.
  6. Fill out the form with the required information, then click SubmitOur Support team will reach out to help you.
