Getting Help in the App

Our Knowledge Base (Help Center) can help you find what you are looking for. You can download and view user guides, helpful articles including troubleshoot tips, and log a Support ticket if you are having trouble.

  1. To get to the Knowledge Base, swipe from left to right or tap the Menu button in the upper-left corner.
  2. Tap FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions). The Knowledge Base (Help Center) opens.
  3. Tap Package Valet.
  4. Tap Reference Documents to view or download user guides or tap Articles to view helpful steps and information.
  5. Need more help? If you scroll further down, you will see the “Submit a Ticket” button. Fill out the form with the required information, then tap SubmitOur Support team will reach out to help you.
