About the Portal

Your primary point of contact would have received instructions on how to integrate your Recipient Data File (RDF) to Package Valet, this is done through the SPR Portal. Integrating your RDF will load all your recipients (residents) into our system, allowing Package Valet to find and assign recipients to their packages.

So, checking in packages will be a simple “Capture, Assign, and Notify!”
