About the Portal

You would have received instructions on how to integrate your Recipient Data File (RDF) to Package Valet, this is done through the Portal. Integrating your RDF will load all your recipients (residents) into our system, allowing Package Valet to find and assign recipients to their packages.

So, checking in packages will be as simple as “Capture and Assign!” Package Valet automatically sends pickup notifications.
