Allow App to Use the Camera on the Phone
When
the Package Valet app is first opened, you will receive information about
allowing use of the phone’s camera. The camera is used to check-in packages by
taking a picture of the label.
- Open the Package
Valet
app.
The “Allow Package Valet to take pictures and record
video?” displays.
- Tap While
using the app.
Other options are “Only this time” and “Don’t
allow”.
If you chose “While using
the app,” you will not be asked this question again. If you chose “Don’t
allow”, an error message “Camera permission not granted” displays when you
attempt to capture a label.
