Package Photo Always Required
Note: This feature is
only available with a MobileKiosk™ and turned on by the request of the site.If a package does not have a label, does not have a
valid tracking number, or a valid tracking number can’t be captured (label is
damaged, etc.) and if your site requires that a photo of the package label must
be taken before continuing with the delivery process, see the steps below.
- At the
kiosk, enter your assigned Access PIN or use a Key Card.
- Enter the room.
- Pick up the MobileKiosk.
- Tap to Capture the package label. If no tracking number is available, the system will
require a picture of the package label. If a tracking number is captured, the
label photo will serve as the package photo.
- Tap Assign Manually. The photo of the package label will be visible in
the Notification and in the Portal.
- Select the recipient.
- Select the Package Type: Standard,
Flat/Envelope, Oversized, etc.
- Place the package on any shelf in the
room, or in a designated area if not a standard package.
- Continue
to deliver additional packages.
