Storage Time displays the number of packages that
are coming up or over the storage time limit. On the right side of the
Troubleshoot Room window you will see a display indicating if a package is over the storage time limit. The time
limit warnings include: 3-7 days, 7-15 day, and 15+ days.
To remove the package from the system, you should
perform a staff pick up of these packages and move them to:
- Another location (overflow area)
and contact the recipient that they have an
overdue package to pickup.
- Send the package back to the
courier.
- Touch the 7+ Days or 15+ Days button to start a pickup
session for all the overdue packages.
The system will indicate
in the “Packages to Pickup” list which package is highlighted to pick up.
- Physically pick up the package from
the shelf.
- Repeat for all other overdue packages.
