Storage Time

Storage Time displays the number of packages that are coming up or over the storage time limit. On the right side of the Troubleshoot Room window you will see a display indicating if a package is over the storage time limit. The time limit warnings include: 3-7 days, 7-15 day, and 15+ days.

To remove the package from the system, you should perform a staff pick up of these packages and move them to:
  1. Another location (overflow area) and contact the recipient that they have an overdue package to pickup.
  2. Send the package back to the courier.

To Perform a Staff Pickup of Overdue Packages

  1. Touch the 7+ Days or 15+ Days button to start a pickup session for all the overdue packages. 
    The system will indicate in the “Packages to Pickup” list which package is highlighted to pick up.
  2. Physically pick up the package from the shelf.
  3. Repeat for all other overdue packages.
