Single Access PIN Request
(Optional: Not available at all sites.) Recipients
receive a PIN and QR Code through a notification sent via email or text,
however, if a recipient forgot their PIN or they didn’t receive the original
email/text, they can request a single use access PIN at the kiosk if they don’t
have their PIN available. They would need to know what email and/or phone
number is used for them to receive packages from the Smart Package Room.
- At
the Sign-in screen, the recipient would touch Request PIN.
- Enter the phone number or email address the recipient uses which is
associated with their package deliveries to the Smart Package Room. Touch Submit.
If the email or phone number entered
is found in the system, a message displays and the system will send a one-time
PIN to the email address or phone number.
If the email address or phone number
is not found, an error message will display. You can try again to re-enter the
email address or phone number.
