Recipient Forgot PIN

Recipient Forgot PIN

(Optional: Not available at all sites.) If a recipient forgot their PIN or they didn’t receive the original email/text, they can request a single use access PIN. They would need to know what email and/or phone number is used for them to receive packages from the Smart Package Room.

  1. At the Sign-in screen, the recipient would touch Request PIN (or Recipient Access Request).
  2. Enter the phone number or email address the recipient uses which is associated with their package deliveries to the Smart Package Room.
  3. Touch Submit.
If the email or phone number entered is found in the system, a message displays and the system will send a one-time PIN to the email address or phone number.
If the email address or phone number is not found, an error message will display. You can try again to re-enter the email address or phone number.
