Receiving an Invitation and Setting Up Your Account

In order to gain access and use the Smart Package Room as a Property Manager or Staff member, you will need to register and set up your account in the Portal.

  1. You would have received an Email from Position Imaging for an “Invitation from Smart Package Room,” click View Invitation.
  2. In the Account Set-Up dialog, click I do not have a Smart Package Room Account.
  3. In the Register dialog, enter your Email address and a password. Confirm the password. 
    The password must contain an uppercase, lowercase, a number, a special character and be at least 10-characters long.
  4. Click Register.
    After you successfully register, you are brought to a Sign-in dialog and must sign-in to proceed.
  5. Enter the Email and password that you used to register in the Register dialog, then click Sign-In.
