Pick Up Tips for Recipients

  1. DO NOT move packages around trying to find a package. (If a recipient can’t find their package, they should reach out to onsite Staff for assistance.)
  2. Retrieve packages promptly to avoid them being returned.
  3. If you can’t pick up your package promptly, communicate with onsite Staff.
  4. Ensure we have the recipient’s correct Email/cell phone information for delivery alerts.
  5.  If an issue occurs (i.e., a recipient picks up an incorrect package), the room will instruct them what they should do.
  6. All questions should be communicated with onsite Staff.
