Package Was Scanned but Never Placed
If a package was scanned and assigned to a
recipient; however, the package was never placed (the package could be on the
floor, or there wasn’t enough room on the shelves and the Courier brought the
package back to onsite Staff). The Unplaced Delivery issue will inform you if
there are any packages scanned/assigned but not placed, and you should check
the room for these packages.
- At
the kiosk, enter your assigned PIN or scan your Key Card.
- Touch Troubleshoot from the Main Menu screen. The Troubleshoot screen opens showing any
Unplaced Delivery issues.
- Touch Unplaced Delivery. The Unplaced Delivery dialog opens.
- Touch Resolve all. The package is removed from the
system.
- You can now rescan the package
back into the system and re-deliver it to the room.
