Managing Courier Accounts

Managing Courier Accounts

To access the Smart Package Room to deliver items, a Courier can be given a Key Card to scan. The best approach is to make a generic Courier account for each carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc.), assign a PIN, then use the PIN to assign a Key Card. You probably will only need one Key Card per carrier, but, if necessary, you can make additional PINs/Key Cards for specific Couriers anytime. Leaving the Key Card with onsite Staff will assure that the Courier has access to the room at all times.
