Looking Up a Recipient's PIN

Looking Up a Recipient's PIN

If the PIN is still active, you can look up the Recipient’s PIN in the Portal.

  1. Confirm that the Recipient says who they say they are.
  2. Log in to the Portal, click the Main Menu button on the left and choose Recipients.  The Recipients page opens.
  1. Enter the Recipients Last Name in the Last Name Search box.  As you type, the system starts populating with matching criteria.
  1. Click the recipient (as you mouse over, the area turns blue).  The Recipient Detail page opens.
  1. Scroll to the Access Keys, and note the PIN. An active PIN, indicating an item is in the room, will display a checkmark. You may see several other PINS listed under this Recipient, however if an “x” displays this indicates that the PIN was already used, and is no longer active.
  2. Log out of the Portal.
  3. At the Kiosk, Touch to Begin.  The Enter Your Access PIN screen displays.
  1. Enter the Recipient’s 6-digit PIN and touch Accept.  The Kiosk should display the room and the location of their item.
