Looking Up a Recipient's PIN
- Log in to the Portal, click the Main Menu button on the left and choose Recipients.
- Enter the Recipients Last Name in the Last Name Search box. As you type, the system starts populating with matching criteria.
- Click the recipient (as you mouse over, the area turns blue).
- Scroll to the Access Keys, and note the PIN. An active PIN, indicating an item is in the room, will display a checkmark. You may see several other PINS listed under this Recipient, however if an “x” displays this indicates that the PIN was already used, and is no longer active.
- Log out of the Portal.
- At the Kiosk, Touch to Begin.
- Enter the Recipient’s 6-digit PIN and touch Accept.
