If a Recipient Does Not Have Their PIN and is Requesting a New PIN

If a Recipient needs access to the package room, Staff can provide a single entry, one-time use PIN to get into the room.
You can create and send a Recipient a Single Access PIN using the Portal via the Quick Actions menu or from the Recipients tab.
Please Note: This feature will override standard room security and should be used when needed. If you have any additional questions regarding room security, please contact support@position-imaging.com.
