If a Package was Moved or Not Assigned to a Recipient
If a package was moved or a package was placed in
the room on a shelf, and not assigned to a recipient, you can clear the issue
and place the package again.
- At
the kiosk, enter your assigned PIN or scan your Key Card.
- Touch Troubleshoot.
- Touch Unassigned Delivery.
The Unassigned Delivery dialog opens.
- Touch Start pickup.
The list of Unassigned packages displays.
A
blinking blue appears on the Room Map, the laser will point to the package with
the issue, and audio will instruct you what to do. The blue box in the image indicates the package with
the issue, the red laser points to the location where the package is.
- Remove the package from the shelf
where the laser is pointing to.
The system then moves to the next package by
pointing to the next package with the issue.
Audio instructs you to remove the package
from the shelf.
- If there is no package on the
shelf, touch Confirm Pickup.
This removes the package from the system.
The packages are removed from the shelf
and the list.
- Next, you can rescan the packages and
place them back on the shelf for pickup.
