How to Verify Notifications for a Recipient
To verify a notification for a recipient:
- From the Portal’s home page, click Recipients and find the recipient you’re looking for.
- Click the recipient to go to the Recipient
Detail page.
- Scroll down to the “Notifications”
section. Any notifications
previously sent to that recipient will display here.
There is an envelope icon
next to Email notifications and a Message icon next to SMS text message
notifications.
- The Status will display “Pending”
if the notification was Sent but the PIN or QR code hasn’t been used yet.
- The Status will display “Accepted”
if the PIN or QR code was used for a pickup.
- If any other message appears under
Status, such as “Failed” or “Error”, it means there was an attempt, but there
was a problem with the phone number or email address used.
