How to Verify Notifications for a Recipient

To verify a notification for a recipient:

  1. From the Portal’s home page, click Recipients and find the recipient you’re looking for.
  2. Click the recipient to go to the Recipient Detail page.
  3. Scroll down to the “Notifications” section. Any notifications previously sent to that recipient will display here.
There is an envelope icon next to Email notifications and a Message icon next to SMS text message notifications.

  1. The Status will display “Pending” if the notification was Sent but the PIN or QR code hasn’t been used yet.
  2. The Status will display “Accepted” if the PIN or QR code was used for a pickup.
  3. If any other message appears under Status, such as “Failed” or “Error”, it means there was an attempt, but there was a problem with the phone number or email address used.
