Remove All Items & Reset Your Package Room

To clear out, remove and redeliver all items in your package room, use the following steps:
  1. At the kiosk, enter your assigned PIN or scan your Key Card.
  2. Touch Troubleshoot from the Main Menu screen
    The Troubleshoot screen opens showing any Unassigned Delivery issues.
  3. Touch Pick Up All Items. See WARNING below.
  4. Physically remove all items from the room and redeliver using the MobileKiosk or kiosk. 
    It is recommended that you remove and redeliver one area of the package room at a time so you do not overflow your staging area.

WARNING: Step 3 will remove ALL ITEMS from the package management system and they will no longer be recognized in the system until each item is redelivered to the room using the MobileKioskā„¢ or kiosk
Notes
NOTE: If you only want to remove non-tracked packages (flats/envelopes and oversized) and leave packages on the shelves, use the "Non-Tracked Packages Only" button.
