How to Manage Multiple Properties from One Account
The Portal has two primary tiers of staff levels: “Staff” and
“Manager”. If your Portal account has “Manager” privileges, you will be
permitted to access multiple properties across your company’s account.
To manage multiple
properties:
- From the Portal’s home page, click on
the Switch Property (Building) icon in the top-right corner. The Switch Property dialog
opens.
- Click the drop-down menu beneath your company and
select whichever property you wish to manage. Your Home dashboard will display the
new property and your staff PIN will now be active at the other property for
use.
