Delivering Non-Standard Packages (Flats, Oversized, Refrigerated)

  1. At the kiosk, enter your assigned Courier PIN or use a Key Card.
    1. You can touch the Eye icon to show/hide your PIN.
  2. Enter the room.
  3. Using the MobileKiosk, capture the package label.
  4. Select the recipient.
  5. Depending on the package type, touch Oversized or Envelope/Flat.
  6. Place the package in the designated area:
    1. If it’s an envelope or a small package, place the package in the correct bin, if alphabetized: by the recipient’s last name, or if it’s by Unit #: place by the resident’s Unit #.
    2. If the package is oversized, place the package in the designated area for oversized packages.
    3. If the package is a perishable, place in the refrigerated section.
  7. Touch Confirm Delivery
    1. This informs the system that you have placed the package even though it is not being placed and monitored on a shelf.
  8. Deliver additional packages.
  9. When finished, place the device in the cradle, then exit the room and close the door.
