By deactivating a PIN, you are keeping the PIN so you could possibly reactivate it at a future time. When a PIN is deactivated however, you cannot use it (until you reactivate it).
- Sign-in to the Portal.
- In the Dashboard, click the My Account icon in the upper-right, then select your name.
- In the My Account page, from the My Access Keys section, click the Delete Pin icon (trash can) or click the Deactivate PIN icon.
If you delete the PIN, the PIN will be removed from the screen and the text in the Manage menu changes to “Generate PIN.” If you deactivate the PIN, the PIN will still display, and the Deactivate PIN icon changes to “Reactivate PIN.”
