Deactivating a PIN or QR Code for Staff

If you need to deactivate a Staff’s PIN or QR Code, but not deactivate their account, follow these procedures.

  1. From the Portal, click the Menu button on the left and choose User Admin, then Staff.
  2. From the Staff page, click the View (arrow) icon you want to delete the PIN for.
  3. From the Staff Detail page, click the Shield icon and select Deactivate PIN from the pulldown menu.
    The PIN deactivates.
  4. To deactivate the QR Code, follow the same steps above, but choose “Deactivate QR Code.”
