Deactivating a PIN for a Courier

If you need to remove or deactivate a Courier’s PIN, follow this procedure.

  1. From the Portal, click the Menu button on the left and choose User Admin, then Couriers.
  2. From the Courier page, click the View (arrow) button for the Courier you want to create a PIN for.
  3. From the Courier Detail page, click the Shield icon and select Deactivate PIN from the pulldown menu.
    The PIN deactivates.
  4. To deactivate the QR Code, follow the same steps above, but choose “Deactivate QR Code.”
