Deactivating a Courier Account

1. From the Portal, click the Menu button on the left and choose User Admin, then Courier.
2. From the Courier page, click the Arrow icon to select the Courier you want to deactivate.
3. From the Courier Detail page, click the Deactivate (x) button.
   The Courier is deactivated including their Access Keys (PIN and QR Code). A “Courier Is Not Active” message displays at the top of the Courier Detail page.
