Confirming Your Email in the Portal

You can confirm that there is communication between the Portal and your Email address.

  1. Sign-in to the Portal.
  2. In the Dashboard, click the My Account icon in the upper-right, then select your name.
  3. In the My Account page, click Confirm Email.
    An Email notification is sent to the signed-in Email address.
  4. From the Email, note the Confirmation Code.
  5. Click Enter Confirmation Code in the My Account page.
  6. Enter the Confirmation Code you received in the Email, then click Submit.
    You receive a message that the Email was successfully confirmed.
